The following Shipping and Return policy applies to thepeacestate.com.

  1. If a customer is unhappy with the product we offer a no questions asked Money Back Guarantee.
  2. Should the customer want to return the product, one of our in-house customer service team will initiate a return shipping label and send it to the customer via email.
  3. The customer should then print the return label and ship the product back to the warehousing facility.
  4. Upon receiving the returned items back to the facility, a refund will be issued to the purchasers credit card.
  5. Once the refund has been issued, the customer will be notified via email. It can take 3-5 business days for the purchasing funds to appear back on the purchasers card depending on who the credit card provider is.
